Starting from Feet on hips with both arms trapped pressuring w/ shins
Triangle
1. leg lace one leg – don’t go deep, just put foot in his arm pit.
2. straighten the other leg in his bicep , stretching him out for spider guard
3. release grip on sleeve of arm that is leg laced.
4. reach behind to elbow.
5. straighten legs and pull elbow locking up triangle
6. adjust to finish
cross hook sweep 1
1. start playing spider guard or old school butterfly guard.
2. R foot comes across and hooks his left arm over top of the bicep – shin in to create pressure
3. L leg is open
4. switch grip so R hand grabs his left sleeve – this leaves your whole R side open
5. wait for him to come around and try to reach under your neck
6. catch his arm with your L hand and pass over to your L shin.
7. spread your legs and sweep him over to the R side
8. finish w/ biceps lock or push hand through and pressure chest in for side control
cross hook sweep 2
1. start playing spider guard or old school butterfly guard.
2. R foot comes across and hooks his left arm over top of the bicep – shin in to create pressure
3. R hand reaches through to his L leg and grabs outside of his pants
4. Spin underneath.
5. Lift up a little bit to make room under his arm pit
6. L leg goes to his armpit making and X w/ your legs
7. Pull him into you and then stretch legs bringing him overtop of you and lift over w/ the pant grip for the sweep
8. arm bar finish – take out L leg and straighten his arm while shooting your hips in – R leg hooks the back of his neck and L leg comes over top his face for the finish
