			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Starting from Feet on hips with both arms trapped pressuring w/ shins</p>
<p><strong>Triangle </strong></p>
<p>1. leg lace one leg &#8211; don&#8217;t go deep, just put foot in his arm pit.</p>
<p>2. straighten the other leg in his bicep , stretching him out for spider guard</p>
<p>3.  release grip on sleeve of arm that is leg laced.</p>
<p>4. reach behind to elbow.</p>
<p>5. straighten legs and pull elbow locking up triangle</p>
<p>6. adjust to finish</p>
<p><strong>cross hook sweep 1 </strong></p>
<p>1. start playing spider guard or old school butterfly guard.</p>
<p>2. R foot comes across and hooks his left arm over top of the bicep &#8211; shin in to create pressure</p>
<p>3. L leg is open</p>
<p>4. switch grip so R hand grabs his left sleeve &#8211; this leaves your whole R side open</p>
<p>5. wait for him to come around and try to reach under your neck</p>
<p>6. catch his arm with your L hand and pass over to your L shin.</p>
<p>7.  spread your legs and sweep him over to the R side</p>
<p>8. finish w/ biceps lock or push hand through and pressure chest in for side control</p>
<p><strong>cross hook sweep 2</strong></p>
<p>1. start playing spider guard or old school butterfly guard.</p>
<p>2. R foot comes across and hooks his left arm over top of the bicep &#8211; shin in to create pressure</p>
<p>3. R hand reaches through to his L leg and grabs outside of his pants</p>
<p>4. Spin underneath.</p>
<p>5. Lift up a little bit to make room under his arm pit</p>
<p>6. L leg goes to his armpit making and X w/ your legs</p>
<p>7. Pull him into you and then stretch legs bringing him overtop of you and lift over w/ the pant grip for the sweep</p>
<p>8. arm bar finish &#8211; take out L leg and straighten his arm while shooting your hips in                            &#8211;  R leg hooks the back of his neck and L leg comes over top his face for the finish</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tonight we went over the stand up techniques listed above. Very hard to detail out stand up techniques &#8211; but I&#8217;ll list some points of interest below.</p>
<p>All from gripping lapel w/ R hand and sleeve w/ L hand</p>
<p>Kouchi-Gari &#8211; outside motion foot sweep.<br />
1. Leg should be straight w/ the foot cupped, and sweep across the mat.<br />
2. With R lapel grip, and L sleeve grip &#8211; step L leg back bringing opponent&#8217;s R leg forward.<br />
3. As opponent steps forward sweep the back of his heel stretching him out<br />
4. drive forward at the same time</p>
<p>Ouchi-Gari: inside sweeping motion<br />
1. Same grip, breaking opponents posture. As he tries to straighten back up &#8211; step in between his legs w/ your R leg and hook his L leg.<br />
2. Fall to knees before toe touches mat.<br />
3. Sweep your leg around while driving forward and looking over his same side shoulder that his leg is hooked. </p>
<p>Uchi-mata<br />
1. step in and look at your watch.<br />
2. bring in your L foot close to R foot<br />
3. shoot your R leg between his leg and hook his L leg.<br />
4. Drive your leg into the air and your head forward while rotating him around. </p>
<p>Drill: kouchi to ouchi to uchi in combination &#8211; one sets up the other. </p>
<p>*  &#8211; keep the opponent moving at all times &#8211; these are all timing moves dependent upon his reaction </p>
